Running backwards! Now, that's unique.
running backwards! i'm going to fall down. :(
No, running backwards is good! It burns more calories, as you have to use your core more for balance... plus you strengthen your core and use your leg muscles in a different fashion. Best to do this on a track though; not recommend for your neighborhood runs!
