2 parts:
1) Do as many toe push-ups as you can do in a row without rest. Begin by starting at the bottom, belly on the ground. Push yourself all the way up. That's one. Every push-up after that, you have to go down below the point where your elbows are bent at 90 degrees. Record your total.
2) 4 rounds for time of
Run 400m
50 squats
This one isn't as hard as it might look. Challenge yourself to run hard and go unbroken on all four sets of squats.
If you do the homework this week, please post your push-up total and circuit time to the comments.

Wow - 4 weeks off is just too much. I feel like this is my first camp. On Tuesday morning, my lunge muscles and push up muscles were sore. It now hurts to blink. 6 pm got the added enjoyment of stair climbing yesterday. My stair climbing muscles aren't talking to me anymore and my push up muscles have run screaming through my chest and shoulders. See you Thursday! 6 pm - don't forget your swim suits!
Fail: Toes- 10; Knees 38.
Oddly, for the toes pushups, my back gave out before my arms did; my lower back cramped. I can hold a plank for 60 seconds, but push back into my heals for that. Not sure what my problem is. :(
Ug. This is Heather P from 6 a.m.
How far is 400m based on the SHS track?
5 toe push ups. Circuit time: 20 minutes, 49 seconds.
18 toe pushups. Circuit time: 22:44.
Ponyexpress: 400m is 1 time around the track.
9 push ups
did circuit on Sunday but forgot to time it - added 1.5 mile walk/jog to it
did 90 minute hot yoga class Saturday morning - really helped with tightness
