Holiday Workouts

Get in some of these workouts while we're on break.

1. Ins/Outs - On the track, run the straights and walk the curves. Aim for 2 miles.

2. 20 pushups, 30 situps, 40 squats, sprint 100 meters, 10 burpees - rest 3 minutes and repeat 5x.

3. Double Under practice - how many doubles can you get in a row? write it down. how many doubles can you complete in 2 minutes? write it down.

Then, 60 seconds of jump roping (double if you can) - 60 seconds of pushups - 60 seconds of plank hold - 60 seconds of squats - 30 seconds of left plank, 30 seconds of right plank - Repeat without rest 4 x.

4. Lunge 400m (once around the track) - record your time.

5. Run a 5K - record your time.
