Dec. 4 - 8 min. round & 60 sec. stations

8 min. circuit – 10 pushups 20 situps 30 squats

60 sec. Stations:

  1. Wall Ball
  2. KB Swing
  3. Dips
  4. Jump Rope
  5. Side Burpees

Abs – ankle taps (legs up, knees bent, touch ankles), penguin touches – side of foot – feet on ground, one arm behind head cross crunch)

Sorry - I fixed it. Sometimes when I transfer from Excel it does weird things.

I don't want to sound any more whiny or wussy than normal, but is anyone else sore right now? My body is flat out aching right now. In my shoulders and crap. And all I thought we did were some dadgum suicides. Ouch!

josh - will you pretty, pretty please bring the stereo tomorrow? my attitude's hit rock bottom and needs pumping up for sure!!
