Look among your Super Vets to see who doesn't have an exercise named for them and select the person who likely HATED it the most and then name it after them.
Since I started cussing under my breath when I saw the exercises, how about honoring the quiet and timid Jelena and calling it:
The F-BOMB!
How about the 3-2-1 Punch? They're tough, but we all need to take one once in a while.
