Nov. 15 - Bring a Friend

Bring a Friend Day
1 pt. For every friend you bring
Split group:

1. Dice rolling game – Run to cone – lunge back and roll 2 die – Complete 20 reps (Vets 30 reps) of the exercises shown on the die and then back to run/lunge. Repeat for 18 min.
1 – jumping jacks – 50 reps
2 – Pushup
3- Squat
4 – Situps
5 – Burpee
6 – Your Choice

2. 18 min. circuit - 100 jump rope – 20 thruster – 20 slam balls – 20 broad jumps - 20 kettle bell swings

And don't forget the 20 kettle bells with the 40 lb. bell.

Or, as I prefer to call them when I'm on rep #19 or #20 and my arms are getting shaky:

Thankfully, Bryan's 55 lb. bell didn't make it out of the shed this morning.

TK - apparently I wasn't cool enough for my scores to be posted electronically at the beginning of this camp. However, paper records show an improvement :27 sec on my 800 time. Is it too late to get the improvement points? Also, I left Tuesday's workout early and didn't report my gauntlet rounds (3). Can these points be added to 6pm #4?
