July 20 - "I'm with the Band"

"I'm with the Band" - Running circuit with band stations of curls, flys, tricep extensions, rows, lunges, and bear crawls.

Got out today (Sat) and did my 5k at 00:37:36.18. Of course lots of room for improvement here, but, hey, I'm a newbie. Have a good weekend.

It's me - Michelle Mott!! My little cousin gave me that name when she was a little girl, and it just stuck since then.
