July 19 - The Bryan & Teaching Kettles/DoubleUnders

Today we assessed the Bryan - a 2 part workout lasting 10 minutes per session.
1. 800 - 10 plyo pushups, 10 broad jump burpees - alternating until time is called
2. 800 - 10 180 jumps, 10 squat high pulls - alternating until time is called

I did 2 double-unders. Not in a row of course. But it's true! I am only 180 or so away from kicking Lisa B.'s record.
