We used benches and steps and hills from all parts of the park today. We took the scenic route!
Great job in week 5! Congrats to "Campers of the Week" - Andrea, Bryan, Dawn, Tianna, and Meme.

It was a morning, like any other morning. I awoke too early. Grumbled. Hit snooze twice more and then dragged myself out of bed. Stood up and determined what muscles ached this morning. Oh, the legs. How had I mistreated them...oh yes...bunny hops, sprints, squats just to name a few. And then it hit me. We were to meet at the Park. This could only mean one thing - the Jessica. How can one name bring such hostility? My attitude was at an all time low this week, could I really go and run 5 laps around that building? Should I just go back to bed? But I had perfect attendance and I felt I had to go. Walking up I saw the man and his clipboard. If that man would have told me my time to beat I think I would have hit him over the head with my mat. Instead there was silence....I should have known. More lunges, more squats, more burpees, more running, and dips...oh how my shoulder hates to dip. Cheese dip - yes. Bench dips - NO! I do not like the Tour! I do not like it Tonya I am. And then that little fitness Goddess got all crazy on us and said the p word. PLANK. What a day. I do love it....Most days. Even if my attitude is bad. Even if my legs feel like I am dragging bricks. And even when we do the Tour!
