June 4- Serap Assessment

We tested the Serap today - 20 thrusters/20 broad jumps/20 pushups/20 situps/run short loop

Record number of rounds and time. Following the Serap, we ran 3 3-minute challenges - Squats, Double Unders, and Plank. Check the record page for best times.
