My goal is to be fit and hot by Valentine's Day. So, that gives me enough time to lose a little less than a pound a week. Remind me of this as needed.

My goal is to be at camp every single day that I am not traveling for work. I will be out of town September 18 & 19 and October 1 & 2. Hopefully that will be it.

My goal is to come to camp every single day unless there is just no way possible to attend either the 6A.M. or 6P.M. camp, maintain weight, and get a sub 7:00 mile! G-ma Dawn and myself have made a bet with each other to do just this! Oh, and to avoid all ant hills if possible!

Maintain perfect form.
Get the mile time in the very low 7:00 might even go for a sub seven if Jill and G-Maw Dawn can so me the way.
30 unbroken chin over bar pull ups.
drop 5 lbs of body fat before the end of the year.
bwaa 6:00am.

My goal is to see all of my times get lower instead of the steady creep upwards I have been seeing. Josh help! I also want to get a low 7 minute mile, do 5 unassisted pull ups and be like Jill G! G-ma.

This camp I want to hold the line on the progress I've made. I would also like to start seeing real progress on weight loss, that's been real slow. I'd like to keep my mile times below 8, pushing toward 7:30.

20 pullups unbroken. My last goal was 10 and I can already do that now.

Perfect form and better times. It's not just enough to complete the Dr. Ed. I want to compete in it, as well.

Keep and track the food log to drop 15 permanent pounds. Let's see if diet can get some of the big out of my ass.

Sub 8 minute mile.

Sub 13 minute Jessica. (Not that the Jessica is coming up on Thursday or anything).

Work out the kinks in my body that I got from sitting on my ass so much. Move!

Attend every day, on time, except when I'm traveling (Oct 6-10), and complete camp injury-free.

Get to know my fellow campers.

This should be in the forum!

- break 8:10 in my mile time
- stop cheating on my form after I get tired
- stop taking breaks during the exercise
- reconcile my 7am & 6pm performances (ie stop eating heavy-ass lunches)
- do better at planning my lunches so I don't end up grabbing fast food in desperation
- beat Ruth at all the exercises she cares about
- bring weight to <170lb (long term)
- do at least half of the homework assignments
- participate in a 5k

Sadly, I've already broken half these goals! Maybe writing them will make it happen.

- banish this stupid brokeback to dante's 7th circle.
- given that pushing myself harder only makes the back worse (see exhibit SEP 2008), i should make some nutrition goals instead this camp.
- fine - my goal is to keep the food log - the WHOLE time, i'll start tomorrow. now where are those m&m's manjess?

My goals are to run a mid 7 mile, come to camp on time every single day, complete all of my push-ups on my toes, come to camp with a smile, and complete my food log.

Didn't mean to delete my post!

OK!

My goals:
1: Daily attendance except for on business trips-then do the workout where I am.
2: Work smarter, not harder. I'm tired of being hurt (ankle, knees, ribs, back, chest-YIKES!), so I am going to stop pushing as hard and focus more on listening to my body.
3: Sub 8 minute mile
4: Half of pushups on toes
5: Better form-which will probably lead to worse times!
6: Record all food/ booze intake.

Avoid getting caught by Jessica with bad form--she always catches me and calls me out!

Break the 8 minute mile
food log every week
Tabata scores up by 2 reps
Run (no walking) an entire 5K
The Bob in 20 minutes
10 toe pushups every workout
Do homework once a week.

It really was my goal before tonight, but I feel compelled to report that I just ran the Corporate Challenge 5K tonight and ran the whole thing! I kept waiting for the pain to set in, the knees to get crunchy, but I just kept feeling great the whole time. I owe it all to Breaking the Crease.
