5 rounds for time of:
20 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats
Newbies only do 3 rounds for time. Go as fast as you possibly can while maintaining form. You choose when you rest, but keep going until you've completed all the rounds. Please post your total time to the comments.
OR meet up with the FitWit running club. All levels welcome! There are usually a few different groups going at different paces so don't be afraid if you think you won't be able to keep up. The plan is to get in shape to run the ING half-marathon!

Can someone expand on the FitWit Running Club? I'd like to participate but I'm a slow runner and I know starting out that I can't run 3 miles straight without having to walk some. I can't meet tonight (Wednesday) due to a conflict but I was planning on showing up on Saturday. I'd love to be able to run the 1/2 marathon later this year!

The FitWit Running Club has runners of all levels and you would be more than welcomed into our group.
We ran the 3 miles on Wednesday in about 33 minutes, which means we ran an 11-minute mile. That's not a terribly fast pace. We'll probably speed up as we get more runs under our belt.
I am interested in joining the running club... what do I need to do?
