  1. Band Ladders for shoulders –side raise, shoulder press, thruster
  1. Kettlebell Swing
  2. Ab Circuit
  3. Sprinting- 8-4-2 drill
  4. Wall Ball

The arm band workout was much harder than I remembered!!!
