Dynamic Warm-up
Exercise Instruction: Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats, Jump Rope
60 Second Assessments (2 min. jump rope)
Partner Workout - Run 3 widths of the court and complete 10 push-ups/10 sit-ups while your partner works on squat form.
Part 2 - Run width and complete 5 burpees as your partner does jumping jacks

But, boy, I can sure feel the effects of the down time! Looking forward to getting back to where I was!

Great to get back to the basics. I'm sure a lot of people including myself needed the extra instruction on proper form. Just remeber people even Tiger woods has a swing coach so that he keeps his form perfect.

A confession:
Josh please forgive me for I have slacked. It has been 3 weeks since my last perspiration. I have been tempted by all manner of cookies and I have carnal knowledge of potatoes in their many forms.

Had a great holiday break, and I was happy to be much more fit this year than last ( I hope to be able to say that every year ) We visited with our young cousins and played in the MN snow and could almost keep up with them. although, I lost badly at a game of cops and robbers ( I could only catch Jill ) Also, we saw many relatives that were in their 70s and 80s and their was a marked difference in those who had kept active their whole lives. I'm looking forward to another year of fitwit, thanks to the whole community for making fitness fun!

Bryan - good point. Even the best athletes in the world have coaches and even the most experienced campers and trainers benefit from someone coaching them through exercises.
